PKMetal You know what I almost never like? Fuzz. But Wizard Tattoo has so much else that I do like, including a fun story, inventive songwriting, crushing riffs, blazing leads, catchy choruses, and... and... wizards. So who gives a fuzz. It's great!

Solitude & Sin Ooh this is good. Really atmospheric tracks that fit together for a perfect story and sneak you through a magical portal; I want a wizard tattoo now, and strangely I was considering getting an EW tattoo just a couple of days ago… it’s a sign! I look forward to the delusional journey that follows. Dude he’s got a knife. But that last track sees the wizard’s fight come to a reflective conclusion. Excellent debut with high promise for the next album. Favorite track: A Wizard's Lie.

PodLizard See? I told you. NOW you know why I never got that tattoo. As a Uriah Heep fan from way back I can't say enough about how great i think it is. So, I refer you to the Myriad of other reviews...but , later after you listen. Favorite track: Wizard Tattoo.

Faerie Ring return and so does the RIFF, all caps. Faerie Ring take what would be a cookie cutter riff from anyone else and just JUICE it so thoroughly, with passion and energy and melodic interest and the all-important rhythmic groove (much more important to a good stoner riff than loud fuzz), that it just blows out your speaker and makes you mean mug. Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this. Luke
